Meaning no public avatars using my base private usage ONLY

• Personal use is only for your own personal usage meaning if u want to make public avatars using this base, you need the commercial license, as long as ur model is personal use only made for you and no one else then you.

• You may not use the body base for any commercial purposes without obtaining a commercial license.

• You may use the body base to create custom avatars for your personal use in VRChat
• You may NOT distribute or share the body base with others, whether for free or for a fee.

Public - ALLOWED ( Commercial )

if you are going to make public models make sure to message me on discord and write down ur world name or VRCHAT name if no world

•  You are allowed to use my assets for streaming and video creation (including monetized)
• The commercial license allows you to sell or distribute products created using the body base.

However if there is no proper Credit ill take legal action so make sure to credit me proper by linking the base

You must give proper Credit to my Mini Chibi Base in any promotional materials, social media posts, or other media related to the avatars you create using the body base. (this only matters if your selling an avatar using my base)

By purchasing the body base or obtaining a commercial license, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. The creator reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing a model for someone else, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Accuracy of Recipient Information: When purchasing a model as a gift for a friend or another individual, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information of the intended recipient in the designated fields.

• Please ensure that you enter their name, email address, and any other required details correctly.

• Prohibited Use of Personal Email :: It is strictly prohibited to use your own email address when purchasing a model intended for someone else.

• The recipient's email address must be provided to ensure that they receive all relevant communications and access to the purchased model.

• Downloading and Use of Models :: Models purchased as gifts should be downloaded and used by the intended recipient only.

• Downloading or using the model on an email address other than the one provided for the recipient is not allowed.

Prohibited - CANNOT DO WHATSOEVER

Upload to social communication platforms or online gaming platforms for the purpose of providing to third parties on the particular platform is PROHIBITED 

• Distribution of modified version of the digital content is PROHIBITED

• This model is NOT allowed to be used on any kind of publicity of politic or religion activities, or other related activities. This model is NOT allowed to use for any kind of activities that are prohibited by the local law.
• R-18 purposes is PROHIBITED

ASSET CREATORS

Clothing that that is compatible with the mini base is very much allowed anything aslong as you dont copy the full mesh to create clothing (im talking like the whole body as a duplicate otherwise its fine!)

However i ask that you delete the mesh of the unaltered portions and sell only the top itself. For example if you create a top, example you may not sell the top with the arms or any other parts of the original mesh included, only the top itself.

if the you are copying a larger portion of the mesh to create the fitted outfit, you must make changes to the topology (the way the vertices, edges, and faces are arranged in the mesh) to differentiate it from the original mesh.
